  • Q:

    How much do you charge?

    Our charges are based on the date, times, duration and location of your function. We don't operate a fixed fee or an hourly rate, as almost every function is different.

  • Q:

    What equipment will you bring?

    The price quoted includes a mobile DJ with effects lighting and sound system, suitable for the number of guests you have indicated.

  • Q:

    Do you confirm in writing?

    Yes, we issue a contract showing all the details about your function, which is signed by both parties.

  • Q:

    How can I be sure you won't let me down?

    You can call us at any time and speak to us. In the rare event of us being delayed, due to circumstances beyond our control, we would call you or your venue to advise.

  • Q:

    How long do you need to set up, and how much space do you need?

    For most events we allow 45 minutes to set up all of our equipment. An area of approximately 3m x 2m will suffice. For larger events more time and space may be needed.

    What will you wear to our event?

    Usually we adopt a smart casual dess code, but we are happy to accomodate any dress code requirements you may have.

  • Q:

    Do you do provide entertainment for Children's Parties?

    Yes, we provide entertainment for Children's Parties, but insit that parental supervision is provided.

  • Q:

    Do you have Public Liability Insurance?

    Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance cover, a copy of our current certificate will be included with your booking confirmation.

  • Q:

    Is your equipment PAT tested?

    All of our equipment is Portable Appliance (PAT) tested annually in accordance with the Health & Safety Executive, Electricity at Work Act 1989. A copy of the test certificate is available on request.

  • Q:

    What are your means of payment?

    Personal customers may pay the full amount or deposit by cheque, internet bank transfer or cash. The balance may be paid by any of these means two weeks prior to the event. A receipt of your payment will also be provided.

  • Q:

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Full payment will be requird if your cancellation is between 1 to 7 days before the event.

    30% of the balance will be required if your cancellation is between 1 month to 7 days before the event.

    Deposit payment will be required if your cancellation is made more than one month before the event.

    If the amount already paid is greater than the cancellation fee, a refund cheque will be sent upon receipt of written confirmation of your cancellation.
